Notice of Bylaws Update on PTO Website

The Carrillo PTO membership approved the Amended and Restated Bylaws at the March 27, 2026 PTO meeting by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of members present, in accordance with the PTO’s governing requirements. The updated bylaws are effective March 27, 2026 and replace all prior versions.
