Carrillo's Annual Yearbook

The Carrillo Elementary yearbook is created by PTO parent volunteers. A small portion of your purchase goes to the PTO, which is used for a variety of programs and services at Carrillo Elementary. Yearbooks are delivered to your student before the last day of school. The yearbook committee accepts parent-submitted photos year-round. Email photos to yearbook@carrilloelementarypto.org.

Yearbook Cover Contest

This year's yearbook cover theme is On Track Together, which is inspired by our amazing new turf field and running track. All students are welcome to make a submission and entries are due by the end of school Wednesday, April 8. Please email any questions to yearbook@carrilloelementarypto.org.

Cover Design requirements:
  • Use a letter-sized (8.5" x 11") unlined sheet of paper (cardstock preferred)
  • Make it portrait orientation only
  • Be CREATIVE and COLORFUL! Use pens, pencils, markers, pastels or crayons
  • Fill the entire page - use color everywhere, especially the background
  • Include the words "Carrillo Elementary" and "2025-2026" somewhere in the cover artwork
  • Write your name and grade on the back of your paper
  • Submit your artwork in front office box by the end of school Wednesday, April 8

Submit Yearbook Photos

Help build an amazing Carrillo 2025-26 yearbook by sending your photos to the Yearbook Committee at yearbook@carrilloelementarypto.org. They are looking for photos from field trips, class parties, special activities, PTO events (Movie Night, Fall Bash, Festival of Lights, Colt-Chella), flag salutes and more! 

Yearbook Committee Parents Needed

The Yearbook Committee is looking for more parent volunteers to help select photos and build yearbook pages. If you have an eye for design, please email yearbook@carrilloelementarypto.org. This is a great way to volunteer from home and after work hours.

Time to Buy a Yearbook

It is not too late to buy a yearbook for this school year. Go to Carrillo's TreeRing website, sign up or log in, and choose a soft cover for $32.48 or a hard cover for $38.55. Each yearbook includes the option to customize 2 pages. The last day to buy and customize yearbooks is May 5, 2026. If you donated $400 or more during the Fall Cash for Colts fundraiser, your donation included one soft cover yearbook that will be assigned soon to your TreeRing account.
