FINALIZE YOUR SPONSORSHIP

Thank you for choosing to Sponsor Carrillo Elementary PTO.  Below is a checklist to finalize your Sponsorship:

 

1) SUBMIT SPONSOR FORM

  • Please complete our Sponsor Form so we have everything needed for your sponsorship 

2) PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • CHECK: Payable to Carrillo PTO, Inc.
    • Mail to Carrillo Elementary PTO: 2875 Poinsettia Ln, Carlsbad, CA 92009
  • ZELLE: treasurer@carrilloelementarypto.org 
  • CREDIT CARD: Request a secure payment link (3% processing fee applies) 

3) SEND YOUR LOGO

  • High-resolution file, preferably PNG or JPG (maximum 10 MB) 
  • Square (1:1) version of your logo with a transparent or clean background, if available

4) SEND YOUR BANNER ARTWORK (Annual Sponsors only)

  • Print-ready artwork at 300 DPI with 0.125 inch bleed on all sides
  • Keep all important text and logos at least 1 inch from the finished edge
  • Preferred file types: PNG, or JPG (If your artwork is too large to email, please send a Canva, Google Drive or other file-sharing link)
  • QR codes should link to a non-expiring URL
