FALL BASH EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Schedule
- When: Saturday October 10th, 2-6PM
- Arrive & unload: 11:00 AM (earliest)
- Cars off main campus: by 1:30 PM (back gate closes)
- Exit campus: by 7:30 PM (limited lighting after dark)
Where
- Location: Carrillo Elementary- 2875 Poinsettia Ln, Carlsbad, CA 92009
- Map: A Map will be provided with your assigned location.
- Unload route: Enter the BACK GATE and drive onto the blacktop to Check-in & unload.
- Parking: After unloading park your vehicle in the designated parking areas on campus or in the school parking lot (see map)
Bring
- Candy or Treats: 500–800 pieces to hand out
- Activity (optional but recommended): Bring a fun carnival appropriate activity for kids to drive traffic to your booth
- Setup: Your own table(s), pop-up tent (10x10 recommended), chairs, and display materials.
- Not Allowed: Side Walls that block visibility to your neighbors.(Please be courteous)
On Site Notes
- Wi-Fi: School Wi-Fi will not be available
- Power: Limited. Let us know in advance if you need access to electricity.
